Pricing and Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully through Par 72’s terms of use, pricing and cancellation policy before proceeding. The following policies and terms of use are applicable to all members, guests and visitors to ensure the safety, enjoyment and wellbeing of every person using our facilities. “Facilities” means any of the amenities within our premises, including the golf simulator equipment.

By using Par 72’s website, services, or premises, you hereby agree to these terms. Terms, regulations and policies are subject to change without notice.

Peak and Off Peak times

Off-peak times run from Monday to Thursday, 09h00 to 16h00, and Fridays from 09h00 to 12h00.
Peak times are Monday to Thursday from 16h00 to 21h00, Fridays from 12h00 to 21h00, Saturdays from 09h00 to 21h00, and Sundays from 08h00 to 20h00.

Booking Policy

All session bookings are made via the app.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual sessions.
Group bookings (12 pax or more), corporate events and tournaments are for prior arrangement only. Group bookings may require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the session fee.
For group bookings or events, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

We cancel a session due to technical issues or emergencies.
A valid medical certificate is provided for late cancellations.
