Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read carefully through Par 72’s terms and conditions before proceeding. Terms, rules and regulations are applicable to all members, guests and visitors to ensure the safety, enjoyment and wellbeing of every person using our facilities. “Facilities” means any of the amenities within our premises, including the golf simulator equipment. 

By using Par 72’s website, services, or premises, you hereby agree to these terms. These rules, terms and conditions of use are subject to change without notice.

General Use

  • Guests must treat all staff and other visitors respectfully.

  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian (over the age of 18), unless part of a junior programme.

  • Weapons, aggressive behaviour, and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.

Hours of Operation

Par 72 operates daily from 09h00 – 21h00, excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Hours may be adjusted for maintenance or events.

  • Bookings can be made online or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges.

 

Competition and Giveaway Terms

  • All competitions, giveaways, prizes, and promotional events hosted, sponsored, or associated with Par 72 are governed by the terms and conditions set out by Par 72.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, employees of Par 72, as well as their immediate family members and close associates, are not eligible to enter or claim any prizes.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any monetary equivalent.

  • Participation is open to South African citizens aged 18 years and older only. Proof of age and residency may be required before any prize is awarded.

Use of Facilities

  • Use all equipment responsibly.

  • You are liable for damage to any equipment due to misuse.

  • Coaching and TrackMan data insights are for personal improvement only and may not be redistributed commercially.

Pricing

  • All packages, sessions, lessons, and other events must be paid in full before participation. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • Par 72 reserves the right to increase and/or change pricing and/or session specifications without notice.

  • Par 72 takes every effort to ensure prices and sessions shown on the website and/or social media platforms are valid and up to date, however, please note that in-store prices may vary.

Smoking and/or Vaping

  • Prohibited indoors.

  • Use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of waste properly.

Health and Safety

  • Sanitising stations are available.

  • Please follow staff instructions and posted safety signage.

Liability and Indemnity

Par 72 is not responsible for:

  • Injuries or accidents that occur while using the facility.

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

Use of Equipment

  • You’re welcome to bring your own clubs (no outside balls or spiked shoes).

  • Rental clubs must be returned in good condition.

  • You will be charged for damage or loss of hired equipment.

Photography and Videography

We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
